HospitalityMaine is excited to introduce our first-ever Maine ProStart Bootcamp! This FREE event is open to all Maine ProStart students and educators, offering a day of interactive workshops, hands-on learning, and opportunities to connect with hospitality industry professionals.

Whether students are preparing for the ProStart State Invitational or simply looking to expand their skills and industry knowledge, this event offers valuable learning opportunities for everyone!

Overview of the Maine ProStart Bootcamp

Culinary Track:

Students will rotate through four interactive workshops led by hospitality industry professionals, focusing on:

• Appetizers

• Entrées

• Desserts

• Presentation Tips & Tricks
  
  

Restaurant Management Track:

Students will participate in four workshops focused on essential restaurant management skills, including:

• Concept Development

• Menu Costing

• Social Media & Marketing

• Presentation Tips & Tricks
  
  

Additional Student Opportunities:

• Welcome and keynote presentation by Vanessa Santarelli of Your Maine Concierge

• Connect with post-secondary schools during the morning meet & greet

• Learn directly from hospitality industry professionals

• Build confidence and develop valuable culinary and restaurant management skills

Registration Information:

Attendance is completely FREE for all Maine ProStart students and educators! Schools do not need to be participating in the State Invitational to attend.
